AccessEAP CEO, Sally Kirkright believes the Employee Assistance Program industry can do more to ensure Australian organisations are getting the most from their program. Kirkright believes that EAP providers are not doing enough to encourage usage of its services and as a result, the reputation of the industry is suffering.
